What Is the Healthy Home Program?

Wilson Plumbing & Heating is proud to offer our Healthy Home Program, recently launched in June 2018! Members receive preferred worry-free preventative services that give them peace of mind. Our technicians will take care of your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs every year without fail. More than that, we'll be there if things get bad, making sure you have the help you need, when you need it, for one low monthly fee.

Healthy Home Program Membership

Members will receive an annual furnace service in the fall or winter, and air conditioning service in the spring or summer. Our team will service your hot water tank anytime, though warmer weather preferred.

Membership covers the boiler and hot water tank OR your furnace, AC, and hot water tank. Each additional system is appropriately priced out and added depending on the home's portfolio. We offer comprehensive services and will try not to cover just one system, though this option is considered if the member is under another binding contract with another company.

Healthy Home Program memberships must include all heat sources and cooling sources to qualify for additional discounts. The Healthy Home Program's base price covers one boiler OR one furnace and one A/C unit. Additional units can be covered based on a la carte pricing.

Membership does not have an expiration date. The saved payment method will be charged monthly at the first of the month. It will auto-renew until our office is notified of the cancellation and the cancellation is verbally confirmed with a Wilson Plumbing & Heating team member. Failed payment for three (3) consecutive months will result in membership cancellation. After three points of documented contact to the customer (via phone call, text message, email, or other) by our team, and/or two months past agreed upon month of service without scheduling a tune-up, the loss of that tune-up will result. No refunds will be offered or services honored.

If a Healthy Home Program membership is canceled in the first three (3) months after a service call was completed, the card on file in the customer’s account will be charged the full amount of the current service fee for each time our technician went to the customer’s location.
