Wilson Plumbing & Heating is proud to offer our Healthy Home Program, recently launched in June 2018! Members receive preferred worry-free preventative services that give them peace of mind. Our technicians will take care of your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs every year without fail. More than that, we'll be there if things get bad, making sure you have the help you need, when you need it, for one low monthly fee.
- Membership does not have an expiration date. The saved payment method will be charged monthly. It will auto-renew until our office is notified of cancellation and confirmed verbally with a Wilson Plumbing & Heating team member. Failed payment for 3 consecutive months will result in membership cancellation. After 3 attempts of documented contact to the customer (via phone call, text message, email, or other) by our team, and/or a lapse of two months past the scheduled month of service without scheduling that tune-up, loss of that tune-up will result. No refunds will be offered or services honored.
- If a Whole Home Membership is canceled in the first 1-year after the membership is sold, the card on file in the customer's account will be charged the full amount of the discounts received for work. Including maintenances, discounts for parts and labor and discounted service fee.
- Whole-Home Memberships must include all heat sources and cooling sources in the home to qualify for the additional discounts. The base price of the Whole Home Membership covers 1 boiler or 1 furnace and 1 air conditioner unit. Additional units are covered based on a la carte pricing.
