Simple Home Membership:

Membership does not have an expiration date. Saved payment method will be charged monthly at the 1st or 15th of the month by choice of the customer. It will auto renew until our office is notified of cancellation and confirmed verbally with a Wilson Team Member.  Failed payment for 3 consecutive months will result in membership cancellation. After 3 points of documented contact to the customer (via phone call, text message, email or other) by our team, and/or two months past agreed upon month of service without scheduling that tune up, loss of that tune up will result.  No refunds will be offered or services honored. 

Whole Home Membership:

  • If a Whole Home Membership is cancelled in the first 3 months after a service call was completed, the card on file in the customer’s account will be charged the full amount of the current service fee for each time our technician ran to the customer’s location.

  • Whole home memberships must include all heat sources and cooling sources in home to qualify for the additional discounts. Base price of the whole home membership covers 1 boiler or 1 furnace & 1 ac unit. Additional units covered based on a la carte pricing.
